Sagebrush Trails is a unique and special place to live or to unwind. Bounded on three sides by miles of state and federal land the development offers an extraordinary amount of privacy and elbowroom in addition to beautiful sunrises and sunsets across the mountains and a star-studded night sky with almost no artificial light. However, for those who want some variety the surrounding area (map) is hard to surpass. Lake Havasu City is less than an hour away and offers an extraordinary amount of activities including boating, kayaking, fishing, hiking, golfing, shopping and much more. Las Vegas is less than a three-hour drive, and the Grand Canyon National Park is a two and a half hour drive.
