SAGEBRUSH

Commercial Land/Rural Water Company/Residential Land/FAA Approved Airport

FOR SALE OR LEASE / ALL OR PART

The Airpark at Sagebrush Trails was the vision of the owner, Ray Powell. Ray was a 30-year Marine Fighter/Attack Pilot and former project test pilot at VX-5. His son Randy is the on site property manager. Randy is a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy and a former B-52 and airline pilot. This spirit was fundamental in the concept of the Airpark. It would be a place for pilots to both have fun and not be restricted by the limitations of a public airport. Flying of practically all types is allowed at the Airpark.

This is the ideal place for ultra lights, homebuilt, or experimental aircraft. The wide-open desert spaces allow pilots the opportunity for acrobatics or low-level flying. The large lots allow plenty of space for your dream home or vacation home. There is plenty of room to hanger your aircraft, store an RV, store a boat, keep horses or grow a garden.
