Commercial Land/Rural Water Company/Residential Land/FAA Approved Airport

Whether you are looking at purchasing an airpark lot for which to build a home, or strictly as an investment, there are a number of areas you should investigate. There are a number of air parks in the southwest offering lots for sale. Comparing the relative value between them can be difficult. Here are some considerations. If you are considering a new development, what is the financial strength of the developer? What has been built on the development and what is the developer promising to build? What is the availability of water and electricity? What is the cost to hook up? What building restrictions exist? Can you keep horses or other animals on your lot? Are you buying in a flood plain? Can you build a septic tank? Is the runway public or private? Can you fly experimental, homebuilt or ultra light aircraft from this runway?

These are only a few of the many areas you might want to investigate. RRP Enterprises, LLC wants to assist you in your due diligence process to the maximum extent possible. We have provided access to many documents on this website. If you would like clarification or need other documentation please do not hesitate to contact us.
